The first Women in Aquatics Network Leadership Webinar aims to create a space for learning, discussion and shared experiences among women across aquatic sports.

The session will feature female leaders from within aquatics sharing insights into their leadership journeys, including challenges they faced, lessons learned and practical advice for women considering leadership roles in sport.

The webinar will also explore how governance, visibility and stronger support networks can help improve female representation in decision-making positions across aquatics.

Through this initiative, European Aquatics continues its commitment to promoting diversity, inclusion and leadership opportunities for women in sport.
