Budapest DVO Course invites the candidates progressing from European Aquatics Diving Officials Level 1 to Level 2 to join it. The Level 2 graduates will become eligible to officiate at European Aquatics Junior Championships, afterwards enhancing their expertise and professional experience can be nominated further to the senior championships officiation.
