As part of the European Aquatics Congress, we are delighted to host DEI & I – Waves of Change, a dedicated conference bringing together European Aquatics Federations, experts and international guests to explore Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Integrity in aquatics and sport.

The event will focus on practical approaches, inspiring examples and solutions that can help Federations strengthen DEI & I within their organisations and activities. International speakers will share knowledge, experiences and practical advice, while selected European Aquatics Federations will present initiatives and good practices from their own contexts.

A more detailed draft agenda can be found later in this bulletin.

Participation in the Conference is free of charge for up to two participants per Federation. Additional travel assistance will be available to Member Federations attending both the Congress and the DEI & I Conference with at least one female participant, as explained later in this bulletin.

Registration is mandatory and will be managed through the European Aquatics Academy platform. The registration link will be made available shortly.

Registration period: 16 September – 7 October 2026
