Dear Sir/Madam, I have already completed the payment for my participation in the LEN seminar scheduled for September 17–19. Unfortunately, I will not be able to attend on September 17 due to a serious and unavoidable reason. Should it be required, I am able to provide the relevant supporting documents. I kindly ask you to take this compulsory absence into consideration and, if there are any documents or materials provided on the first day, to allow me to receive and review them the following day.
