To ensure high standards of the European Aquatics events through the advancing performance of referees’ and judges’ in competitions the Diving Officials System (here and after - DVO System) has been worked thoroughly and updated.

To transit from 2024 in 2025:

• all Diving Officials in the EA DVO List are compulsory to pass Educational Refreshment Clinic/Courses prior to be nominated to European Aquatics Diving competitions officiating
• requirements for practical expertise – assessment records will be applied together with Educational certification in 2025

• DVO's entered as Judges to the Eindhoven Diving Cup 2025 will benefit participating on-site from theirs judging skills evaluations
• participants registered on-line will pass theoretical certification and their assessments gained 2022-2024 will cover practical part of certification corresponded to the Levels' criteria, mentioned in DVO System.
