Dear Friends, Hereby, we have the pleasure to inform you that the European Aquatics will organize Water Polo Jury Table Officials School | Intermediate Certification for season 2025/2026 The School will be organized by European Aquatics Academy, as part of the Water Polo Technical Officials education and certification program in 2025. This edition of the school will be organized as Webinar and on Demand starting from 12 July 2025 | 10.00 CET and will remain open for registration and attendance until 31 May 2026 23.00 CET. The education program consists of lectures and WP Rules test.After the registration, and profile creation, each Jury table Official which will observe the lectures and achieve result of minimum 75% of correct answer at the WP Rules test will be considered as Jury table Official which successfully passed EA Education program. The final confirmation of Intermediate certification level will be done after their recognition from the National Federation to which Jury Table Official belongs. 

Dear Colleagues,We are glad to invite you to the European Aquatics Water Polo Technical Officials Intermediate certification course 2025/2026 for Water Polo Delegates and Referees which will be held in Belgrade (SRB) on period 12th – 14th September 2025. At the Intermediate certification course, as a part of European Aquatics education and certification program, will be present the latest instructions and applications of the Water Polo Rules which will be applied during the competition season 2025/2026. From the EA TWPC, EA DRC and EA WP Department we strongly believe that it is essential to address these queries in a clear and precise way and share the conclusions to the Referees and Delegates which will officiate at the games on upcoming competition season.For this reason, European Aquatics Intermediate certification course for Delegates and Referees is organized to discuss and clarify all new situations and guarantee a start of the competition season 2025/2026 with the most uniform application of the rules. All the Delegates (EA DRC members and Pool of WP Delegates 2025/2026 registered candidates) as well as the Referees are invited.For those who will not be able to attend the Intermediate certification course in person, an online transmission is provided through the link: The Clinic will be concluded with online WP Rules test for all participants (in presence and online). The WP Rules test is prepared in collaboration with WWR and link to access the WP Rules test (with username and password) will be sent to all Referees (which will be present at the EA WP Referees list 2025/2026) and Delegates (EA DRC and “Pool of WP Delegates” members) who will officiate in the competition season 2025/2026. Successful pass of WP Rules Test is an obligation to be appointed at the games. The platform for WP Rules test will be open on period 15th – 18th September 2025 and each Referee/Delegate may repeat the test in, case of fail, maximum three (3) times. CLINICS INFORMATIONWHO SHOULD ATTEND THIS CLINIC This Clinic is open to all members of the Artistic Swimming community, including officials, coaches, athletes, managers, and other participants interested in this sport. Please note that for Officials* who want to officiate at any European Aquatics Championships 2026 it is mandatory to follow the Clinic. Officials* who do not participate in this clinic may not be eligible to be appointed to one of the EA Artistic Swimming events in 2026.  There will be a referee test at the end of the clinic. This test is for officials who want to be on the EA referee list. It is mandatory to take the test at least every four years. All officials that want to officiate at European Competitions in 2026 will, among others, need to have followed a European Aquatics education training. The 2025 Clinic in Tbilisi will count as such. Other options are not known at this point in time. If someone cannot attend the clinic in person and would still want to have the option to officiate at European Aquatics competitions in 2026, they need to contact the EA office and EA Academy, fill out an activity report for 2025 and send to EA office and EA Academy by 1 December 2025. Open Water Swimming Clinic | Officials JudgesFriday 10 until Sunday 12 January 2025 Officials on the World Aquatics Judges list who want to officiate at any European Aquatics Championships 2025 (Senior and Junior) it is mandatory to follow the Open Water Clinic (online). For Officials who are NOT on the list but want to become certified by European Aquatics. It is mandatory to follow the Open Water Clinic (online) and pass online test afterwards.

Dear Friends, Hereby, we have the pleasure of informing you that the European Aquatics will organize the European Aquatics Diving Officials Courses 2026. The Courses will be organized by European Aquatics Academy, as part of the Diving Technical Officials Certification Program in 2026. This edition of the Courses will be organized by highly qualified experts of the European Aquatics Academy and the European Aquatics Technical Diving Committee in two parts: Part 1 materials of the Diving Official Courses Level 1 will be available online once registered on the European Aquatics Academy Platform. Part 2 will be organized onsite in Eindhoven (Netherlands), February 6-8, 2026 in cooperation with Royal Dutch Swimming Federation and the Eindhoven Diving Cup. These Courses are open to new candidates, who wants to become International Officials, in this regard their Member Federations, when applying candidates, shall provide proofs of at least two (2) year of applicants’ judging experience at the highest National competitions. Successfully graduated Officials could be nominated by their respective Member Federations to the European Aquatics Diving Officials List within current year with immediate progress to officiate at European competitions of respective rank and advance in competence to official Championships in the future. The entire Courses’ Program will consist of the theoretical and a practical part. The first part will be dedicated to theoretical solids and the second includes both theoretical and practical education followed by the practical skills evaluation and theoretical test on the EAA Educational Platform.

EUROPEAN AQUATICS DIVING RULES’ TEST FOR OFFICIALS 2026 LEGEND: To obtain/sustain by Officials 2025 respective Level the EA Diving Rules’ Test is considered passed successfully if 85% (6 disagreements max.) and above % are reached. In case the result of the Test falls between 80% and 85%, Round 2 - Additional five (5) questions will be provided with maximum two (2) disagreements allowed for the successful accomplishment of the EA Diving Rules’ Test. The link to access the Round 2 will be sent to your email. Your answers are saved automatically when you click on them. You can always edit your answer until the test is submitted. The course will be held Online at the Platform, through ZOOM meeting, on Monday 5th January 2026 with starting time at 18:30 CET. The planned duration of the course is 3 - 3.5 hours. This course will be attended by the invitation. The invited persons should proceed with free registration.   After the end of the course the recorded presentations will be on demand on EAA Digital Education Platform. All invited participants should have access to the content at any time.

The Clinic will be organized onsite in Rzeszow (Poland), December 15th – 17th, 2025 by the European Aquatics Academy in cooperation with Technical Diving Committee and Polish Swimming Federation as part of the Diving Coaches Development Program in 2025, followed by the European Aquatics Recognized Event – Polish Winter Open Diving Championships, December 18-21, 2025 at the same venue. Coaches participating in this Clinic will take credits for European Aquatics Coaches Certification which release of is coming up in 2026.
